The School Aptitude Test (SAT) uses the latest edition of the Otis Lennon School Ability test designed to cater to examinees from kindergarten to Grade 12. The SAT assesses the student’s verbal, nonverbal, and quantitative ability, supplying educators with valuable information to enhance the insights gained from traditional achievement tests. Using the PSI-connect platform, the SAT can be completed within a maximum of 75 minutes.

Evaluates a student’s performance on varioustasks, including detecting likenesses and differences, recalling words and numbers, defining terms, following directions, classifying, establishing sequence, solving arithmetic problems, andcompleting analogies.

Content clusters and item types include verbal, nonverbal, and quantitative.
The individual report provides scores representing the examinees’ School Ability Index, Percentile Rank, Stanine, and NCE by age and grade with its corresponding verbal interpretation. Aside from the individual report, the test user will receive a master list in Excel format for data management.
